Russia-based Stroikomplekt has announced plans to build a new concrete plant in St Petersburg

Stroikomplekt has announced that it is to build a new 600 cubic metre capacity cement plant in St Petersburg, Russia. The plant, designed to produce aerated concrete, is expected to be operational by 2010 and will be built around €10million of equipment supplied by Gramny-based Hess.
