Lurgain proposes 21 job cuts

A labour force adjustment plan (ERE) at the Spanish pre-manufactured concrete products company, Prefabricados de Hormigon Lurgain, will make 21 out of 28 workers redundant at its plant in Uharte Arakil.

The company has been in creditor protection since January 2010 and has made the job cut proposal as a result of falling production levels.

Prefabricados de Hormigon Lurgain specialises in pre-formed concrete items such as kerbs and flagstones.
