LiuGong holds its 12th dealer conference
LiuGong held its 12th Global Dealer Conference in Nanning when the theme was Rise to Challenge and Embrace the Future.
Approximately 300 representatives, comprising of LiuGong dealers from more than 50 countries and over 100 guests including key customers and government officials, attended.
LiuGong chairman Zeng Guang’an; president Yu Chuanfeng and a leadership contingent will also be in attendance. Throughout the two-day meeting, the company and its global dealers reviewed the performance from the past year, and exchanged opinions on common topics and discussed the company’s development strategy for the future.
In conjunction with the Belt and Road Initiative mandated by the Chinese government, LiuGong held a Belt and Road seminar during the event. During the seminar, government representatives, industry associations, ambassadors and counsellors from the B&R countries, and LiuGong’s global dealers gathered together to discuss the future development of business as part of Belt and Road, and will look at current projects that are taking place as part of the strategy.
One of the most significant movements as part of this to date has been a strategic cooperation agreement between LiuGong and the China International Contractors Association to further promote its business in Belt and Road countries.
The proposed Belt and Road initiatives cover Asia, Africa and Europe, and each country along the routes of the Silk Road Economic Belt and ‘21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
The initiatives seek to promote win-win cooperation among participating nations by breaking any infrastructure bottlenecks. This is achieved by boosting the efficiency of resource allocation and through the development of market integration.
The initiatives are presenting opportunities to ambitious construction manufacturers, and LiuGong says it is planning to take advantage.
