Family-run business Mlečka Baumaschinen has been appointed by Terex Trucks as the official distributor of its articulated and rigid dump trucks in Austria. The company is strategically based in Oeynhausen, near Vienna, and will cover the whole of Austria, providing full technical support throughout the region.

Founded in 2011, Mlečka has an extensive team of customer support specialists on-hand to support new and existing customers countrywide. The core of the company consists of a well-known and proven sales and customer service team, with decades of experience and profound knowledge that is kept up to date through regular training.

“Our team is experienced with working on these well-respected machines and we are all very pleased with the new partnership,” said Harald Mlečka, owner of Mlečka Baumaschinen. “The efficiency and durability of Terex Trucks dump trucks make them ideal for sand and gravel handling at construction sites in Austria. We are confident that we have the right resources, together with Terex Trucks, to support existing customers in the country; as well as to expand the truck manufacturer’s market share.”

Mlečka will make its debut as Terex Trucks’ new distributor on 18-21 March in Enns/Hafen, where the company will showcase a 28 tonne capacity TA300 articulated dump truck at the Mawev exhibition.

“Mlečka is the perfect fit for representing Terex Trucks in this region,” said Thomas Schmitt, Terex Trucks EMEA customer support manager. “The company has the experience and knowledge to support our customers. They are a highly productive team, well known for their excellent level of customer support.”

With the increase in product range, Mlečka has added to its employee base, and the company is planning expansion to a new location in the west of Austria by the end of this year.
