Lafarge's customer commitment

Lafarge’s French aggregates business Lafarge Granulats is aiming to focus on meeting customer expectations with launch of a new customer charter. Under the 10 point plan the company plans to address topics including innovation, quality, training and assistance and the development of digital services. A second phase of the charter will follow next year when the company hopes to fine tune its customer categorisation. The company has said that the plan was put into place following a survey of 1200 of its customer that was carried out last year.
