FCC is reported to looking at divesting parts of its business and is currently reviewing the possibility of splitting its cement subsidiary Cementos Portland Valderrivas.

3799 FCC is reported to looking at divesting parts of its business and is currently reviewing the possibility of splitting its cement subsidiary 939 Cementos Portland Valderrivas and selling parts of it. It is also reviewing its urban services operation Versia.
