Heijmans to sell activities to Bitter Beton-Systeme

Dutch construction company Heijmans has announced plans to sell its prefabrication activities, formerly known as Bestcon, to German prefabricated concrete company Bitter Beton-Systeme.
Heijmans expects to record a small book loss on the transaction. The sale agreement is to include a multi-year operating partnership.
