Ireland's Cement Roadstone is to acquire Ukraine-based Lviv Concrete

Ireland-based Cement Roadstone Holdings has announced plans to acquire Ukrainian concrete business Lviv Concrete, whch also trades under the name of Lvobsky Beton. Competition authorities in the Ukraine have already granted permission for the transfer of ownership of the operation.
