Veidekke buys 80% stake in Kito Asfalt

Veidekke Industri has bought an 80% stake in Norwegian asphalting company Kito Asfalt.
From its base in the county of Buskerud, southern Norway, Kito Asfalt has an annual turnover of around €13.2million (NOK 100mn) and employs more than 50 staff.
