Turner opens operations headquarters in Utah 

Turner Mining Group has opened an operations headquarters near Salt Lake City, Utah, to oversee all aspects of mining operations, including engineering, estimating, planning and field management.

Turner president Keaton Turner says: “Opening the new office is an exciting step that allows us to continue growing and advancing our mission to make the mining industry a better place.”

Lennie Boteilho, senior vice president of mining at Turner, will oversee the transition, managing the new office and all corresponding personnel.

Boteilho has more than 30 years of management experience in mining, specifically leadership roles in field and administration operations. Prior to Turner, Boteilho was with Ames Construction, directly managing all aspects of civil and mining projects.

“With this additional office we are fully committed to meeting our clients’ needs and strengthening our partnerships,” Boteilho says.

Turner Mining is a full-service provider to the mining sector with site operations throughout the US. The company employs miners from all 50 states and plans to continue further expansion with additional hiring.
