The current MD of GP Baumaschinen Halle, Thomas Jedrzejczak, will remain with the company, assuring consistency for customers and employees and actively following up on future tasks and challenges to develop the company's long-term strategy.

The Komatsu spokesperson added: "We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the long years of fruitful collaboration with the Papenburg Group, which started back in 1989 with Komatsu's participation in Hanomag. Komatsu will continue to provide the Papenburg Group with high-quality products so that our trustful and long-term cooperation remains the same in the future.

"Together with a well-experienced team and coverage increased to about three-quarters of the German market, Schlüter Baumaschinen looks optimistically to the future. In their new integrated network, approximately 1.000 employees at 34 locations are available for customer services. We look forward to a sustainable and successful future together with Schlüter, our strong partner."
