SMT Cameroon is the official distributor and after-sales partner for the whole range of Volvo equipment including Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses, in addition to marine & industrial engines with Volvo Penta.

The company also distributes complementary leading brands including SDLG, Dressta, Sandvik, Sennebogen Green Line, Marcopolo and Volare buses.

Having established its first Cameroon base in the city of Douala in 2012, SMT is now expanding its operations into Yaoundé, known as the city of the seven hills.

SMT says the expansion is part of its strong desire to be close to its clients. The more than 6,000m² centre - located in the AHALA II district on the national 3 - houses the sales and after-sales operation as well as a storage area for equipment and spare parts.

SMT was established in 2010 in Belgium, and provides a wide range of advanced products, services and solutions for the transport and infrastructure sectors across Europe and Africa.
