Brammer 'promoting best practice'
4113 Brammer, a UK distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products, works with some of the biggest companies in the cement and aggregates industry.
This knowledge, it claimed, helps it understand the industry's special requirements and production processes, along with availability, energy conservation, and health and safety issues.
Highlighting Brammer's dedication to promoting best practice will be a range of products and services demonstrating how it provides customers with total shaft solutions for industrial fans used in the cement and aggregates industry.
"These are an essential part of most plant installations, but can cause expensive downtime if not properly maintained," said Brammer.
Terex Pegson's new X400 primary tracked jaw range crusher, available in hydraulic adjust XA400 and hydraulic release XR400 versions, is ideal for quarrying and recycling applications, and has a highly aggressive crushing action with hydraulic crusher setting adjustment.

The Powerscreen Horizon 6203 Recirculating model and new Chieftain 2100X will be working in unison with the Terex Pegson XA400, 1300 1533 Maxtrak, VSI and 1412 Trakpactor to demonstrate a complete mobile crushing and screening plant capable of handling up to 300tonnes/hr. The XR400 will also be on show.

On the X400, the high-swing jaw eases material entry into the crushing chamber. The hydraulic adjustment has been developed to enable crusher setting changes to be made quickly and easily over a wide range. The hydraulic release machine is designed to alleviate problems associated with crusher overload which can be encountered when tramp metal enters the crushing process, particularly prevalent in recycling construction and demolition waste.

"There are numerous innovative features on the X400 series to improve productivity and enhance maintenance procedures," said Terex Pegson.

Powered by a 395 Caterpillar 172kW C9 engine, the new X400 series is PLC controlled for optimum performance with finger-tip actuation and simple, automatic start sequence.

385 Atlas Copco's ROC L830 drill rig, which has higher capacity, greater flexibility and weighs less than the previous model, will be on show along with the world's largest hydraulic breaker, the HB 10000, and an extensive range of small, medium and heavy rig-mounted hydraulic breakers.

A full line-up of products and services will once again be displayed by Caterpillar/3006 Finning UK.
