Cary Octavio joins the Superior Industries conveyor components sales team

Bulk material processing and handling systems manufacturer 6719 Superior Industries has appointed Cary Octavio as its new territory sales manager for conveyor components in the northeast United States.

Octavio is an industry veteran with almost 30 years of sales and service experience in bulk material handling markets.

“Cary likes to get his hands dirty and comes to Superior with an incredible amount of technical conveying experience,” said Mike McFerren, conveyor components sales manager at Superior Industries.

Octavio has spent the majority of his career with Fenner 2901 Dunlop Americas where he was in outside sales territory development and sales management. Most recently, he was VP of sales at International Conveyor and Rubber, a Pennsylvania-based supplier of conveyor and rubber products and services. He is also a veteran of the US Navy.

At Superior, Octavio will work with the manufacturer’s distribution partners from Maine to Virginia and all states between.

Superior Industries supplies bulk crushing, screening, washing and conveying systems for industries including aggregates, mining, bulk terminals, agriculture, power and biomass.
