Powerscreen upgrades the Maxtrack range

447 Powerscreen has announced it is to extend its Maxtrack mobile cone crusher range upwards with the launch of the new 1500 model, which will join the 1000, 1000SR and 1300 models. According to the company, this range extension is part of a company-wide strategy to increase capacity and follow on from the launch of the XA750 its largest mobile jaw crusher and its range-topping warrior 2400 screen last year

"We are firmly positioning ourselves to meet the needs of the aggregates and mining segments. The addition of the 1500 1533 Maxtrak to our range gives us one of the largest tracked mobile cone crushers on the market" said Powerscreen global sales and marketing director Patrick Brian.

The new 1500 Maxtrack is designed around the Terex Automax cone crusher and can process up to 960tonnes per hour in ideal conditions. The unit features from hydraulic overload protection, hydraulic crusher setting adjustment and an effi cient direct drive system. The company has said that it offers excellent product shape and a high reduction ratio.
