Specially developed for wheeled loaders, skid steers and tractors, Hartl’s latest screen attachment, the HSS800, is said to be easy, flexible, and fast to attach, transforming the respective carrier device into a mobile screening plant.

The attachment, for the classification of aggregates and the screening of building debris, was designed without complex components, says Hartl.

Using state-of-the-art engineering tools, the model’s sieving capacity has also been optimised.

The HSS800 weighs 600kg and has a screen area of 1.7m², while the screen baskets are made of Hardox steel and the mesh widths can be selected according to customer demand and application requirements.

The HSS800 is said to enable users to counteract rising landfill costs by separating material immediately on site, ready for reuse. Significant savings also result from the reduction of material transport, and logistics and procurement costs.

Hartl says this can generate a quick return on investment, while also giving the HSS800 screen attachment owners satisfaction from reducing their environmental impact.
