Bunting's new revised catalogue for its magnet products

The UK company says the catalogue has been completely rewritten and features new high-resolution photographs of its extensive range of magnetic separation and metal detection equipment for the aggregates, mining and mineral industries.

Bunting adds that its magnetic separation and metal detection equipment has been specifically designed to address the unique needs of the plastics industry. The equipment utilises powerful magnets in order to pull out ferrous metal contaminants from a product line, which the company says means that no matter how rapid your product flow, material will not become dislodged and re-enter the product stream.

Bunting's highly sensitive TN77 metal detector has been designed specifically for the mining, mineral, and aggregate industries. The tunnel-type unit installs onto conveyor systems to enable continuous inspection and detection of contaminants such as tramp iron and manganese steels.

The company says that by installing its equipment at critical points in your process, you will ensure metal contaminants are removed from the greater flow. It adds: "This allows you to protect the existing equipment in your facility, your customers, and your brand reputation from harm caused by metal contamination. Our equipment is designed to be focused on industry-specific solutions. Taking into account the tough nature of aggregate, mining, and mineral applications, the magnetic separation and metal detection equipment we offer for these industries is heavy-duty and built to last."
