Powerscreen has unveiled its first mobile wash plant that brings together for the first time its rinsing, screening and scrubbing capabilities on a single transportable chassis. The Aggwash is capable of producing three grades of aggregate and a single grade of sand at up to 60tonnes per hour.

Electrically powered and delivered pre-wired, it lends itself to operations in built-up sites that are subject to noise or emission controls. Drawing on its mobility and versatility in operation, the Aggwash is the ideal addition to any small to medium sized quarry or contractor fleet.

The Aggwash features two new 8’x4′ part-rinser screen decks with innovative oversized protection on the first screen to reduce wear on the main deck, an all new twin shaft Powerscrub Logwasher to thoroughly scrub contaminated material, and a 6’x2′ trash screen to remove unwanted waste.

Sand is processed through a Finesmaster sand plant.

Clean aggregates are discharged and stockpiled through three built-in conveyors.

User-friendly features include a simple to transport (with a single low loader trailer) and assemble arrangement with extremely fast set-up times, typically less than one day. Operationally, the Aggwash has an intuitive Programmable Logic Controller

PLC system to give complete user control and a full length galvanised walkway to give operators unrestricted access.
