Construction materials supplier Aggregate Industries has acquired Leicestershire, UK-based independent readymix concrete provider Maxi Readymix Concrete. Aggregate Industries says the acquisition is in line with its Strategy 2022 - “Building for Growth” and will allow the company to strengthen its market position within a region of the UK that offers growth opportunities and further develop its strong customer focus. Maxi Readymix Concrete is a family run company that started operations in 2014.
