The Indonesian government plans to spend US$19.49 billion (IDR 236.6 trillion) on infrastructure development in 2015 – creating huge commercial opportunities for the country’s aggregates suppliers. The extra IDR 85.7 trillion will be used for building 258.9km of roads, 101km of railways, 5,000 housing units, drinking water treatment systems, 44 twin blocks of low-cost apartments and nine dams.
