Allied Rock has revealed the details of a double acquisition which will expands its presence in Oregon.
The company has acquired two new quarry sites located in Salem, Oregon and Prineville, Oregon. PNP Quarry formerly operated the Salem site, while Juniper Canyon Rock operated the Prineville site.
The Oregon-based company will start its operations at the newly acquired sites with full-scale production on June 15. The company will produce an extensive range of aggregates as well as services on both sites.
Allied Rock president Andrew Siegmund said the acquisitions reinforced the company’s commitment to Oregon.
“These acquisitions align with our long-term growth strategy and reflect our commitment to providing premium aggregates to customers across the state,” he said.
“We are excited to expand our footprint and strengthen our relationships with new and existing customers.”
Allied Rock was established in 2004. From its X-Rock Quarry site in Stayton, Oregon, it has served the Salem Metro and North Santiam Canyon markets. Its customer base includes contractors, municipalities, timber companies, and agricultural operations.
