The bC India exhibition, being held at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida, Delhi from December 15 to 18, 2014, is to occupy 120,000m² of space—including some 90,000m² of outdoor exhibition space. The bC India exhibition, being held at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida, Delhi from December 15 to 18, 2014, is to occupy 120,000m² of space—including  some 90,000m² of outdoor exhibition space.

Igor Palka, CEO of the organiser, bC Expo India, said he is very satisfied with preparations for the high-profile showpiece event for the construction, building material and mining machinery industries. “We understand that, despite all the positive signs, the Indian market is still struggling at this time, but we are very optimistic that a number of other companies will register to exhibit at the fair before it opens,” said Palka.

Although the economic situation remains tense, several of the industry’s major manufacturers continue to take advantage of bC India as a presentation platform. Joining ACE, Ammann, Aquarius, Bauer, BKT, Bomag, Herrenknecht, Kobelco and Liebherr, in already registering for the exhibition companies are, among others, Linnhoff, Liugong, JLG, Potain, Puzzolana, Sany, Schwing Stetter, Spartan, Terex, Volvo Penta, Wirtgen and Zoomlion.

The third edition of bC India will include seven joint exhibits from China, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Korea, Spain and the Unites States. Palka says this is a good sign, “The support of our international partners and their commitment demonstrate that India is still extremely interesting for companies from around the world. I am convinced that the market will pick up again and that we will be able to offer our exhibitors and visitors a first-rate exhibition in December.”
