Dutch construction company Ballast Nedam has sold a 100% stake in its Societé d'Exploitation des Carrières d'Yvoir sandstone quarry to Belgian company Group De Cloedt. This is part of its strategy to boost its financial position. The quarry produces 600,000tonnes of sandstone annually.
