Brimstone has signed a letter of intent with a US producer to supply its planned Rock Refinery after an intensive search.
Brimstone evaluated 23,000 quarries in the US to supply its planned commercial-scale plant producing Portland cement and supplementary cementitious materials (SCM), as well as smelter-grade alumina. Alumina is the essential material for producing aluminium.
“Following a multi-year, comprehensive review of US quarries to supply the Brimstone Rock Refinery, we’re thrilled to take this step forward in Oklahoma with Dolese Bros. Co.,” Brimstone co-founder and chief executive officer Cody Finke said.

Oklahoma’s Dolese Bros Co Has been successful after the search process. The company has a 123-year-history and has become one of Oklahoma’s largest producers of crushed stone and concrete.
