The British Aggregates Association has launched its BAA-Active microsite. The new site - (https://baa-active.co.uk) -will showcase the association's support for initiatives including the HSE's Working Minds Campaign and the National Highways & Driving For Better Business Campaign Calm Driver.
BAA-Active will also host the BAA’s campaign, Safe Load – Safe Road , a national campaign designed to raise awareness around load security throughout the industry and get schools and pupils involved with the chance to win some amazing prizes for them and their schools.
BAA CEO Mike Phillips said: “We are really excited about BAA Active. It gives us a home for the many worthwhile campaigns and initiatives that the BAA support and plan to develop now and into the future. The site gives our membership a platform where we can focus and collaborate across campaigns and share information about the things that matter to us as an association and as an industry. We are particularly excited about our very first campaign, Safe Load, which will see us interact with our schools and pupils to help raise awareness in a fun way.”
