Bruce Materials Processing Solutions will be exhibiting its latest innovation in mobile washing technology, the Mob-E-Wash, at the Hillhead quarrying and construction equipment expo (Buxton, Derbyshire, UK, June 23-25).

Developed to meet the demands of modern operators, the Mob-E-Wash combines flexibility with high-performance output making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications. Campaign washing, short-term or long-term projects and multi-site operations, it provides a level of mobility and compactness that traditional static plants simply cannot match.

Built on a tri-axle chassis, the Mob-E-Wash is designed for rapid deployment, allowing operators to get up and running quickly with minimal downtime. Its’ intelligent design ensures not only fast installation and ease of transport, but also seamless integration into existing workflows.

Fully electric driven, the unit offers a comprehensive all-in-one washing solution. On board components enable the effective scrubbing, organics/trash removal, sizing & classification of multiple feed materials. Coupled with excellent maintenance access and a focus on safe operation, the Bruce Mob-E-Wash is a user-friendly solution dedicated to opening more opportunities for producers in the materials processing industry.

Ease of operation is further enhanced by a plug-and-play HMI control panel with power-safe connectivity, enabling straightforward setup and control. Meanwhile, Hardox wear parts are fitted as standard, ensuring exceptional durability and long service life even in the most demanding environments.

With its compact footprint, fast setup times and robust construction, the Mob-E-Wash is engineered to maximise uptime and deliver consistent performance.
