CDE has announced that it has signed a deal with UK-based JPE Aggregates for a new waste recycling plant to boost waste recovery at its Elford Quarry in Staffordshire. According to JPE, the decision was based on securing a plant which would most effectively clean the recycled material, accommodate the capacity requirements for the washing plant and offer a low cost per tonne over the life of the plant.
