CDE has expanded its presence in the Canadian market with the appointment of Brent Wilde as business development manager, reinforcing the company’s commitment to growing its footprint across North America’s aggregates and construction materials sectors.
The wet processing specialist said Wilde will lead customer engagement across Canada, supporting quarrying, sand and aggregates, industrial sands and environmental projects while helping customers identify opportunities to improve resource recovery and operational efficiency.
Wilde brings more than two decades of experience in the aggregates, mining and heavy equipment industries, having worked in sales, business development and customer support roles across Canada. According to CDE, his knowledge of the Canadian market and established industry relationships will help the company build on a growing portfolio of projects throughout the country.
Wilde said he was looking forward to working with Canadian producers as they seek to improve productivity while making better use of natural resources.
“This is a really exciting time for CDE and the natural processing and waste recycling sectors in Canada, and I’m eager to help customers find sustainable solutions for their materials,” Wilde said.
“Our goals are very much aligned, we are both passionate about finding creative ways to unlock value from materials traditionally viewed as waste, and I look forward to sharing CDE’s innovations in resource recovery across Canada.”
The appointment follows continued investment by CDE in North America, where the company has delivered a growing number of engineered wet processing plants for aggregate, sand and mining applications, supporting producers to recover more saleable material while reducing the volume of waste sent to landfill.
