Cedarapids, a Terex brand specialising in modular, portable, and static crushing and screening solutions, will highlight two major innovations at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026: the new CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant and TRAC, a PurposeBuilt Vibration Analysis System designed specifically for crushing and screening operations. Both innovations will be showcased at the Terex Booth (Silver Lot SV2357) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, March 3–7.
Designed for quarrying, recycling, and demolition applications, the CRH5064 Portable HSI Plant focuses on delivering high production rates while reducing service demands. At the core of the plant is the new TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor, featuring a high-inertia four-bar rotor and powered by a 400 hp motor. Additional features include a monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, hydraulic tramp iron relief, hydraulicassisted apron adjustment, and a hydraulically opening hood to simplify inspection and maintenance.
Material handling is facilitated by the new Cedarapids Advantage Series Feeder, which measures 60 inches by 20 feet. The feeder widens the intake by eight inches over previous designs, improving crusher loading efficiency and fines removal. Transport and setup flexibility are enhanced through multiple axle configurations and a removable feedhopper module. Optional equipment includes feeder lift, a jib crane for blow bar changes, a selfcleaning magnet, undercrusher pan feeder, and expanded electrical and conveyor configurations.
Also debuting at ConExpo is TRAC, a new vibration analyser tool developed by Terex engineers in response to distributor demand for more precise screening diagnostics. Unlike generalpurpose vibration tools, TRAC is engineered specifically for crushing and screening environments, with potential application across a wide range of vibrating equipment.

Every screen has a story. Trac is Listening. This system uses four Wi-Fienabled sensors temporarily mounted on the screen structure to measure acceleration, velocity, stroke, inclination, orbit, and bearing behavior. By analysing this combined data, TRAC helps identify conditions such as loose components, damaged screen media, broken springs, imbalance, timing issues, or harmful operating frequencies, while also verifying proper installation and performance. At the show, attendees can view simulated diagnostic data from an actual TRAC system.
“ConExpo provides the ideal opportunity to introduce solutions that directly address customer needs,” Cedarapids business line director Chris Reed said.
“The CRH5064 underscores our commitment to performance and serviceability, while TRAC answers a longstanding request from distributors for a diagnostic tool purpose-built for screening equipment.”
