Swedish cement producer Cementa is next month opening what it says will be the world’s largest multi-chamber silo.
The six-chamber, 30,000tonne cement capacity site in Malmo has railway connection and facilities for ships that transport the cement from factories in Slite and Degerhamn.
Only three employees will be required to run the site as all handling of the cement has been automated.
