As part of the agreement, Neoris will provide IT services such as software engineering, application development and technology deployments for multiple projects employing its best-in-class global delivery model. The agreement enhances the services Neoris already provides to Cemex.

The agreement with Neoris is in addition to the ten-year strategic partnership that Cemex signed with IBM in 2012 for business process, application maintenance and IT outsourcing services.
