Cemex has been awarded the contract to supply concrete for the construction of the future Meudon-la-Foret Cultural Centre, in Meudon, northern France. The firm will mix white cement (70%) with limestone (30%), together with 1kg of special pigment. This, it is claimed, will evoke buildings constructed from Ile-de-France limestone, as requested by local residents. The Meudon-la-Foret Cultural Centre was designed by architect David Serero.
