Chaney Enterprises has announced a new partnership with Patuxent Companies, which will introduce Pax-Shore Aggregates to Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
The partnership combines two companies, Patuxent Companies and Chaney Enterprises, with long histories in aggregates production and logistics. Pax-Shore Aggregates will operate on the western portion of the Eastern Shore of Maryland with two sites known as Bridgetown and Faulkner.
“Both companies look forward to continuing to service their customers with the quality and attention Patuxent Companies and Chaney have always provided,” the release said.
It comes after Chaney Enterprises acquired Williams Sand and Clay which supplies aggregate material to central North Carolina, including concrete sand, ball field clay, fill dirt, topsoil, white river rock, and gravel.
“We are excited to have taken another significant step in growing our construction materials footprint within the great state of North Carolina,” Chaney Enterprises chief executive officer Francis Hall Chaney III said at the time.
Chaney Enterprises also launched a new partnership earlier this year with Yorke Building Products to create Heritage Concrete, a Stewart and Chaney Company.
