National Development and Reform Commission of China statistics show that cement inventory of major cement enterprises in the country by the end of October 2014 totalled 18.33 million tonnes, up 15.3% compared to the same period of 2013. In the ten months to 31 October 2014, cement production hit 2.05 billion tonnes, up by 2.5%.
