China: Guangxi province to reinforce cement clinker production

China’s Guangxi Province Department of Industry and Information Technology has issued a public notice on the supplementary capacity replacement plan for six cement clinker production lines at five companies, including Xingan Conch Cement.

The original capacity of Xingan Conch Cement’s No. 2 cement clinker production line was 4,000 t/d. The additional 1,000 t/d capacity would come from Liuzhou Zhengling Luzhai Cement, bringing the total to 5,000 t/d.
The initial capacity of the second phase of Beiliu Conch Cement’s new dry-process cement clinker production line was 4,500 t/d. The additional 666 t/d capacity would come from the aforementioned company. The capacity of the No. 1 clinker new dry process production line of Beiliu Conch Cement was 4000t/d. The additional 2000 t/d capacity comes from Taiwan Cement (Guigang), based in Guigang City, Guangxi Province, bringing the total capacity to 6000 t/d.
Chongzuo Hongshi Cement’s new dry-process clinker production line in Guigang will add 2000 t/d, bringing the total capacity to 6500 t/d.
Chongzuo Huixin Building Materials’ Phase I 5,800-ton-per-day new dry-process cement clinker production line and supporting 12MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project originally had a capacity of 5,800 t/d. The additional 667 t/d capacity would come from Guangxi Hechi Guotou Yufeng Cement, bringing the total to 6,467 t/d.
The Xingye Hongshi Cement’s 1.5 million-ton-per-year new dry-process clinker cement technical upgrade project originally had a capacity of 5,000 t/d (annual production of 1.5 million tons, equivalent to 5,000 tons per day over 300 days of production). The additional 1,000 t/d capacity comes from Guangxi Hechi Guotou Yufeng Cement, bringing the total to 6,000 t/d.
