The China Public Service Platform for Bidding and Tendering has released a construction tender for a three-million-tonne/year aggregate production line project for Hebei-based Quyang Jinyu Cement, with a bid deadline of December 1, 2025.
The project has a budget of 27.65 million yuan (US$3.9 million) and plans to purchase jaw crushers, bar vibrating feeders, impact crushers, dust removal systems, sorting machines, and other related production equipment.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Quyang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, and includes a production workshop of 1,720.5 m2 and a storage workshop of 1,210.7 m2.
This bidding project is split into two sections. Section 1 (Main civil engineering) includes, but is not limited to, the primary crushing workshop, secondary crushing workshop, primary screening workshop, finished product warehouse, foundations for all conveyor corridors, crushing and screening electrical rooms, shipping electrical rooms, air compressor station, fire pump station, and all construction works and general layout transportation works within the scope of the drawings, including all plant roads, ground hardening, slope protection, retaining walls, and drainage ditches. The construction period is 120 calendar days from the date of the commencement report approved by the supervising engineer.
Section 2 (Steel silo and steel structure fabrication and installation) includes, but is not limited to, the fabrication, transportation, installation, corrosion protection, commissioning, and acceptance of the main body and auxiliary structures (ladders, platforms, railings) of one Φ16m welded silo and two Φ12m welded silos; the fabrication and installation of each portal frame; the fabrication and installation of steel supports and strips; and the installation of color steel panels on the roof and walls.
The on-site installation period is 60 calendar days, calculated from the date the contractor receives the written notice of commencement. The contractor’s completion time for all steel structure works shall not be later than the 150th calendar day after the commencement of Section 1.
