China-based Anhui Conch Cement Company has become a founding member of the World Cement Association (WCA). The major Asian cement producer joins China National Building Material Group and China United Cement Rizhao Gangzhong Company as Chinese founder members of WCA. Drawn from 35 nations, WCA members have a combined cement output capacity of above 1 billion tonnes/year.
