Chris Leese has decided to step down from his senior role within CEMEX after a building materials industry career spanning 30 years. Leese’s varied CEMEX career has seen him taking responsibility for a broad range of activities, notably as Ready-mixed VP and more latterly as VP of Aggregates. A long-standing champion of Health and Safety improvement, Leese has played a lead role in CEMEX’s UK operations and the broader industry. He was chair of the MPA (Mineral Products Association) Health and Safety
Chris Leese has decided to step down from his senior role within CEMEX after a building materials industry career spanning 30 years.
Leese’s varied CEMEX career has seen him taking responsibility for a broad range of activities, notably as Ready-mixed VP and more latterly as VP of Aggregates.
A long-standing champion of Health and Safety improvement, Leese has played a lead role in CEMEX’s UK operations and the broader industry. He was chair of the MPA ( Mineral Products Association) Health and Safety committee for over nine years.
Leese is not yet intending to hang up his hard hat forever and hopes to continue to contribute the building materials industry for some years yet.
