Concretus Materials has applied for regulatory approval to acquire up to 51% of shares in Lithuanian cement plant, Akmenes Cementas. Concretus Materials was established in Vilnius in September 2012. Mr Pileckis is also director of the Lithuanian concrete producer Betoneta.
