Conveyor specialist Martin Engineering has announced that it has acquired India-based conveyor component and systems manufacturer Clean Cat Conveyors. Martin has said that the deal will help support the company's new business unit in Pune, which opened in February. "This acquisition is a rapid entry to the important India marketplace with Clean Cat's existing and loyal customer base," said Martin Engineering CFO Ron Vick.
