Tony Will is set to join the board of directors at CRH later this year, with the company praising the “extensive leadership experience” of the former CF Industries Holdings chief executive officer.
Will worked at CF Industries Holdings from 2007 and was its president, CEO and board member from 2014 until his retirement in 2026. Prior to that, he held roles at Accenture LLP, Sears, Roebuck and Company, Fort James Corporation, Boston Consulting Group and Motorola.
“I am honoured to join the Board of Directors of CRH,” Will said.
“CRH has a strong market position and clear strategy, and I look forward to working with the board and management to support long-term value creation and sustainable growth.”
CRH chairman Richie Boucher said the company was delighted to add Will to its board of directors.
“Tony brings extensive leadership experience, a strong track record of strategic execution and deep expertise in operational discipline,” Boucher said.
“His experience leading a large-scale industrial business and driving growth in attractive higher-value markets will be highly relevant as CRH continues to advance its strategy, capitalising on the powerful demand trends critical to modern infrastructure and delivering long-term value for our shareholders.”
