The new partnership between Duo Group and Keestrack delivers a one-stop solution for quarrying and recycling operators.

Global mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturer Keestrack has appointed Duo Group as its official dealer for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Duo Group said this strategic partnership significantly expands its equipment portfolio and service offering in the region.

This new deal will provide Keestrack’s well-known range of mobile crushers, screeners, shredders and stackers to customers across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Duo Group will now offer Keestrack’s innovative track-mounted machinery alongside its existing static equipment lineup, including static aggregate plants. Duo Group managing director Martin McWilliams said this positioned Duo as a one-stop solution for quarrying and recycling operators.

“This partnership marks a major milestone for Duo Group, allowing us to deliver a complete range of crushing and screening solutions to our customers,” he said.

“By adding Keestrack’s mobile crushers and screens to our portfolio, we can combine world-class static plant expertise with flexible mobile equipment, helping customers of all sizes meet their production goals with greater ease.”

McWilliams said Duo Group has built a strong reputation by working with top tier original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like Metso, Terex Washing Systems and Telestack, and now Keestrack.

“We believe this collaboration will set us apart, as Duo becomes one of the only companies in our sector that can design, build, and now fully equip processing operations with both fixed and mobile solutions,” he said.

Duo Group partners with organisations that have built respected reputations over time, are known for innovation and performance, and are trusted by customers across the industry.

By aligning with established, high-quality manufacturers and solution providers, Duo Group said it ensures that the equipment, services and solutions it delivers consistently meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency and durability.

Expanding portfolio

Duo Group will now offer the Keestrack K4 track mounted scalping screen which is known for its compact yet heavy-duty design and high productivity. Alongside it sits the K6 scalper which was originally developed as the one of the first direct fed tracked scalpers on the market.

The K6 remains one of the most mature and productive scalpers on the market, recognised for its heavy-duty apron feeder, extended screen deck and load sensing hydraulics.

“Keestrack’s innovative mobile crushers and screens are a natural fit for the sectors we serve, and we are delighted to represent this industry leading brand in the UK and Ireland,” Duo Group sales director Padraig McDermott said.

“[Keestrack’s] range, from compact urban recycling crushers like the R3 to high-capacity units like the H4e cone and established machines such as the K6 scalper, complements our existing static equipment portfolio perfectly. We can now deliver our customers the best of both worlds, Keestrack’s proven mobile technology backed by our commitment to excellence in customer service.”

McDermott said offering Keestrack’s full line up of track mounted machines will support UK and Irish contractors seeking flexible, on-site processing solutions.

“Whether it is a demolition contractor needing a mobile impact crusher or a quarry operator looking for a hybrid cone crusher to reduce energy costs, we will have the right Keestrack machine available, fully supported by Duo,” he said.

Nationwide reach

One of the key benefits of the partnership between Duo Group and Keestrack is the robust aftersales support infrastructure that Duo will bring to new and existing Keestrack users in the UK and Ireland.

Duo Group operates a comprehensive network of offices, depots, and field service teams across the region – including locations in England (with its headquarters based in Coventry and regional hubs in the North East and South West). Through its site services division, Duo provides nationwide coverage for equipment maintenance, spare parts, and on-site technical assistance.

“It’s about keeping customers’ equipment running, minimising downtime, and resolving issues quickly and effectively,” McDermott said.

In practical terms, this means Keestrack owners can expect rapid emergency response and routine service from Duo’s experienced engineers – whether a machine is operating in the Scottish Highlands or on a remote site in Ireland. Duo Group will also take over support for the existing Keestrack fleet in the UK and Ireland. This means that companies who already operate Keestrack crushers or screens can now turn to Duo Group for OEM parts, warranty services, and technical expertise. By consolidating support under one national provider, Keestrack is aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and equipment uptime in these markets.

“The transition will be seamless for current Keestrack users, they’ll gain access to our expanded service network and our team’s know-how immediately,” McDermott said.

For Keestrack, partnering with an established player with over 40 years in the industry in Duo ensures that its UK and Irish customer base will receive responsive local support and fast parts availability, which are critical for heavy machinery operations.

This customer-centric approach is in line with Keestrack’s global strategy of working with experienced local dealers to provide “fast delivery of original parts and local service” alongside its equipment sales.

Innovation and sustainability

Beyond the commercial advantages, the Duo–Keestrack partnership carries clear strategic importance in the move toward more sustainable operations.

Keestrack’s focus on fuel-efficient and low-emission machinery aligns strongly with Duo’s wider sustainability agenda, but Duo Group said it is the combination of technology and local delivery capability that creates real value for customers.

Duo Group sustainability director James Nash said the partnership allows sustainability gains to be delivered in practice rather than theory.

“Customers also need the right advice, application knowledge and long-term support to realise those benefits on site,” Nash said.

“By working directly with Keestrack, Duo is able to guide clients toward the right machine selection, power configuration and operating strategy, ensuring that efficiency and emissions targets are achievable in real operating conditions.”

Nash said many customers are actively looking to reduce fuel use, cut CO2 emissions and improve energy efficiency, but often need confidence that newer technologies can be supported locally and integrated into existing operations.

The partnership removes that barrier by combining Keestrack’s proven hybrid and electric platforms with Duo’s service coverage, parts availability and understanding of UK and Irish operating environments. This gives customers confidence to adopt lower-carbon solutions without increasing operational risk.

Keestrack was an early adopter of hybrid technology in mobile crushing, introducing diesel-electric drives in 2012 and continuing to refine them to improve efficiency and reduce emissions. Its current range includes several e-drive hybrid machines alongside fully electric ‘zero drive’ variants that operate without onboard combustion engines and run entirely on external electric power.

“The strength of the Duo–Keestrack partnership lies in its ability to support customers across the full lifecycle of the machine, from specification and commissioning through to optimisation and long-term support,” Nash said. “By aligning equipment innovation with practical delivery and service capability, the partnership helps customers achieve measurable cost savings and sustainability improvements while maintaining productivity and reliability.” AB
