EDGE Innovate’s latest product, the heavy-duty EDGE SCREENPRO S18 tracked scalper, is set to make its European exhibition debut at bauma 2025.
Recognised as the world’s largest trade fair for construction machinery, building material equipment, mining machines, and construction vehicles, bauma 2025 will host over 600,000 visitors from more than 200 countries, with around 3,200 exhibitors showcasing the latest technology and innovations. It provides the perfect platform for EDGE Innovate to introduce one of its newest additions to its growing product portfolio. It is also the first machine showcased by the Northern Ireland-headquartered manufacturer at the event.
A leading global manufacturer of material handling and recycling equipment for the quarrying, port handling, and recycling sectors, EDGE Innovate will exhibit at stand C23/9 in the outdoor area between Halls C2 and C3.
The new SCREENPRO S18 is a highly versatile machine that handles the most demanding applications, including aggregates and construction waste, sand, gravel, soils, and organic materials.
The expansion of EDGE Innovate’s range of screening equipment is the culmination of several years in design and after months of real-life trials and tests before it goes into full production. The highly versatile EDGE SCREENPRO S18 signals EDGE Innovate’s emergence as a comprehensive screening equipment solution provider for its global distributor network and individual operators in the mining, quarrying and recycling industries.
Launched in 2024, the SCREENPRO S18 has quickly become one of EDGE’s most popular products and marked the company’s official entry into the track screening market.
The SCREENPRO S18 features an innovative design with interchangeable flip flow and conventional scalper screens, offering exceptional flexibility. Its robust 18′ x 6′ (5.4m x 1.75m) two-deck screen can be configured with various media options, making it suitable for use as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a crushing circuit.
Key features include a low-level feed hopper, hydraulic folding conveyors for fast set-up and transport, 2-way or 3-way split configurations, and a fully integrated power unit with large service access points. The intuitive control system with sequential start/stop functionality ensures safe and efficient operation.

The EDGE SCREENPRO S18 is the first track mounted, heavy duty scalping screen to roll off EDGE Innovate’s production line which will also see a range of different sized scalping screens set to be added to the SCREENPRO range in 2025. The new range of SCREENPRO products will allow EDGE Innovate to satisfy differing customer requirements and budgets.
bauma 2025 will take place from April 7 to April 13 at Messe München in Munich, Germany. With 600,000 visitors expected, the EDGE team looks forward to welcoming attendees to stand C23/9.
