Hills Waste Solutions has confirmed Caroline Wilde will take on a new role within the UK business as its divisional director for its commercial and industrial sectors.
Wilde has been a longtime employee at the Hills Group with more than 25 years of experience in the waste management industry. Wilde’s new role will see her lead the commercial and industrial divisions of Hills and looking for new opportunities for sustainable growth.
“Our customers remain at the heart of everything we do. I’m excited to work with the fantastic team at Hills to build on our strengths and unlock new opportunities for the future,” she said.
Hills divisional managing director for waste solutions Neil Pollard said the company looked forward to the leadership and innovation she will bring to the role.
“Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and commercial insight. She’s ideally placed to lead our efforts to expand our market presence and deliver continued value across our operations,” he said.
