Holcim Deutschland is to move to new headquarters in Hamburg at the end of the first quarter of 2022.
The building materials manufacturer is leaving its base on Willy-Brandt-Straße in the old town district of Hamburg where it has been based for 65 years, and relocating to a new HQ at Troplowitzstraße 5.
The total area of the new headquarters will be around the same size as the old location. Due to the optimised division of space for the 140 employees, Holcim Deutschland says that part of the new office space will be sublet to third parties.
The new location is owned by the Hamburger Hochbahn pension fund. The existing building will be extensively renovated in the coming months and the interior will be designed in accordance with Holcim’s wishes.
