Slovakia’s competition authority PMU has given the go ahead to Holcim’s acquisition of building materials producer Vychodoslovenske Stavebne Hmoty (VSH). The only condition to the deal is for Holcim to sell the cement terminal in Vlkanova in the Banska Bystrica region to an independent buyer.
