Anyone can snap and share images of Hope’s new festive powder tankers – which hit the UK’s roads yesterday (7 December) – to be in with a chance of winning Apple’s state-of-the-art home entertainment unit or a host of runners-up prizes.

The firm has unveiled a few cement delivery tankers featuring its happy elves preparing parcels for Father Christmas and spreading festive cheer across Britain throughout the season.

Hope is encouraging people to tweet a picture of the tankers (should they spot one), tagging @hope_inabag and #lettherebehope to be in with a chance of winning.

The trucks are the latest in a line of customised Hope vehicles, with the firm, in collaboration with its logistics partner, Wincanton, launching ‘Noel’ trucks last Christmas, and their ‘Love Truck’ in time for Valentine’s Day in 2014.

Clive Roberts, Hope’s national logistics manager, said: “Everyone loves Christmas, it’s a time of joy and giving and we’re looking forward to making deliveries to our customers across the country in our special fleet of festive tankers.

It’s nice to see people’s faces as they watch the Hope elves transporting our cement throughout the UK, and anyone who manages to snap one of the rare trucks could receive a nice stocking filler for doing so.

Christmas is a time for fun and we hope our trucks give motorists throughout Britain that festive feeling.”
