Hire company HSS Hire is the latest company to become tenants of the successful Sisk Marlin Developments’ Hanworth Trade Park on the Hanworth Trading Estate, some 6km from London Heathrow Airport.

Due to its location, and the other attributes, the park is rapidly becoming a hub for building supplies, DIY and other trade companies, who are keen to utilise features of the site, which includes Sunday opening.

Phase 2 of the letting of Hanworth Trade Park started with almost immediate success with Bathroom & Plumbing Superstore acquiring a unit in January 2014.

In addition to the recent lettings two further units are now under offer, with the remaining units available for either sale or to let.

Sisk Marlin’s agent, Gary Diamond of Diamond Associates, reports strong interest from other trade operators for the remaining units.

Phase 1 of the letting of the Hanworth Trade Park saw Selco Builders Warehouse acquire a big unit as a pre-let, subsequently reporting record turnover figures for a new store opening.

Diamond Associates acted for Sisk Marlin Developments throughout and HSS Hire was advised by Avison Young (formerly NAI Haywards).
