Semen Indonesia is looking to acquire two companies based in South-east Asia and intends to spend between IDR 1 trillion (€66.77 million/US$ 78.74 million) and IDR 2 trillion on the plan. The cement producer expects to wrap up the acquisition deals within 2015.
