Tonging Shanfeng Cement (Shanfeng Cement) has signed an agreement with Zhu Rongjun to develop a cement and cement clinker project in Kyrgyzstan. Zhu now holds a 100% stake in Zeth Cement, and after the deal, Zhu will reduce its stake in Zeth Cement to 42%, while Shanfeng Cement will hold a 58% stake in Zeth Cement. The two entities will build a cement clinker line with a production capacity of 3,000tonnes/day in Kyrgyzstan.
